Counselling

I can help you with a wide range of difficulties you may be facing such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, loss, trauma and relationship difficulties to name a few. My clinic is based in Northern Ireland (BT41) and I also work online using zoom. People come to counselling for all sorts of reasons and the benefits are huge and potentially life changing – being listened to in a confidential space and not being judged can help to make sense of things, obtain clarity, make decisions or perhaps make goals and find ways towards achieving them.

I work in different ways depending on both what you want to focus on and also on your personality and what I feel will benefit you the most.  For some this will be short term solution focussed work, helping to gain coping strategies and mechanisms to help alleviate symptoms.  For others it will be longer term work such as trauma or a desire for continuing support through the stressors of life.  I work flexibly and collaboratively, ultimately you will be directing the work with my support and guidance.  We will develop a working relationship where I will use an integrative approach being directed by your needs for the process.
